A senior officer of the Mumbai Metropolitan Area Improvement Authority (MMRDA) fell to dying from his fourth ground flat in Bandra Kurla Advanced (BKC) late on Friday night time.
The deceased, 55-year-old Kulvindar Singh Kapur, was the Director (System) in MMRDA.
