Mumbai woke as much as heavy rains and waterlogging on Tuesday morning as IMD issued a climate alert asking residents to stay indoors on August Four and August 5. BMC has requested all workplaces to stay shut barring important companies to stay shut. Waterlogging has led to rerouting of 56 BEST bus routes.

Suburban companies stopped at Vadala and Parel: Central Railway
The suburban companies at Vadala and Parel harbour and foremost traces have been halted because of excessive tide. Central railways mentioned that there aren’t any suburban trains held up between these stations.
As a result of excessive tide leading to water logging at Vadala and Parel suburban companies are suspended on foremost line & harbour line. No suburban trains are held up in between stations. Down mail/specific trains are being rescheduled: Central Railway #MumbaiRain

BEST diverts its bus routes
The BrihanMumbai Electrical Provide and Transport (BEST) have diverted greater than 56 bus routes within the metropolis.
