Police in Indore lodged an FIR in opposition to state Congress working president and MLA Jitu Patwari on Sunday for his alleged undignified remarks in opposition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and for tampering along with his picture in his social media submit on Saturday, stated police.
The FIR was lodged below sections 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 464 (Making a false doc) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in opposition to the minister by Indore’s Chhatripura police station on a criticism signed and submitted by member of parliament from Indore Shankar Lalwani and a number of other different BJP leaders.
“On his Twitter account, the Congress MLA posted a photograph of the PM snapped when he was performing bhoomi poojan for development of Ram Temple at Ayodhya on August 5. Jitu Patwari tampered with the picture and made undignified remarks in opposition to the PM which precipitated harm to his dignity and damage sentiments of individuals”, stated the criticism.
Nevertheless, speaking to media individuals, Jitu Patwari, who has deleted his submit now, stated he didn’t make any defamatory or undignified comment in opposition to the PM. His remark was on failure of the central authorities on financial and employment fronts.

Earlier in June, Jitu Patwari regretted his feedback he made on his Twitter deal with when chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attacked him for his alleged derogatory remarks in opposition to ladies.
Jitu Patwari had tweeted: “5 daughters have been born specifically demonetisation, items and gross sales tax (GST), employment, inflation and financial slowdown whereas anticipating a son known as growth (vikas).”
He deleted the tweet after chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan hit out at him and the Congress and known as them anti-woman.
Patwari regretted his feedback and stated daughters are like goddesses. “My tweet was to recommend how folks have been ready for years for growth promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi however they bought as a substitute demonetisation, GST, unemployment, inflation and financial slowdown which have damaged the spine of the economic system.”
